Upon realizing recently that I spend far too much time in front of a computer, I decided to write a program to remind me to walk, jog, cycle, total gym, do office stretching, etc. The program consists of a series of diagrams for muscle stretching, eye exercises, and reminders for aerobic and circuit training routines. Once you have set the interval for stretching exercises and whether you have aerobics or circuit training you like to do, the application will prompt you to do them. Below are some screen shots. While the Setup may seem complicated, once you set it, your interaction with the program is simple.
